I've read and understand the Affiliate Partner agreement, at right ->		SoldMyOwnHome.Com (SMOH) is looking for Affiliate Partners who want to partner with us to provide assistance to clients who want to sell their own home. While this means you are not initially getting a sales listing, you are in a great position to earn fee income by helping the client with their open house showings as well as gain potential buyer clients. SMOH gathers inquiries for seller-assistance services, including clients who request assistance with holding an open house. We would engage Affiliate Partners to assist the local client with this. The client would have the option to enlist the Affiliate Partners' services to whatever extent they wish. Affiliate Partners would receive the benefit of gathering potential buyer clients from open house(s) as well as possibly furthering the Affiliate Partners' service to the seller client in additional fee-based services. SMOH would NOT be bound by any contractual obligations our Affiliate Partners may subsequently enter into with referral clients, including agency to the client, either directly or indirectly. Affiliate Partners who receive leads via the seller-assisted open house(s) and who subsequently earn commission income from a future transaction Should an Affiliate Partner later enter into a binding contract which may or may not involve agency, SMOH would be entitled to and be paid 25% of the total commission funds immediately upon closing the sales transaction of the property. Payment would be made directly by check to Fox Real Estate Group, LLC. Affiliate Partners certify they can enter into a referral agreement with Fox Real Estate Group that will not violate in any way any and all presently enforceable contractual agreements the Affiliate Partner has with a broker, agency, or entity. Affiliate Partners will carry and keep current all required insurance coverages (including errors and omissions coverage) and Affiliate Partners will indemnify and hold harmless Fox Real Estate Group, LLC; it's owners, limited partners, and officers from any acts that Affiliate Partner does that results in legal action brought by clients, open house visitors, or any others who are directly or indirectly referred to through electronic or non-electronic means or ultimately engage in transactions with Affiliate Partner(s) . Affiliate Partners will conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the laws and conduct outlined by Affiliate Partners' respective state department of commerce and by Realtor's Code of Ethics.
